East sock

Here’s the second sockpattern with knit and purl-stitches. These are made with a double mosstitch pattern. Very simple but makes a nice texture and is suitable for a handdyed yarn ”of many colors”. 🙂

I made the sock with BFLsukka from Mokku Yarn in the color Vadelmalaku (check out Mokkuyarn’s webshop HERE. This indiedyer is from Finland but ships worldwide!) and then some contrasting color for cuff, toe and heel with Arwetta. I love the contrasting color, but it also saves the more expensive yarn, making it last longer!

Here’s the English PDF-pattern:

And here’s the pattern in Swedish:

I also made my husband a pair, these are made with Arwetta, color 136 and for the cuff, toe and heel I’ve used scraps of Frost (it’s selfstriping thus the sort of weird colors, I was hoping for some more narrow stripes 🙂 ) from Svarta fåret.

This is a free pattern, but I’ve spent a lot of time, energi and love writing it, so please treat it with respect. If you post pics of your finished objects from my patterns on social medias, I’d be happy if you tag me (Annimia77 on Instagram) and refer to this blog for the pattern, thanks.
