I have had some problem with my left thumb so I have had to put all my colorwork projects on hold as I use my thumb for one of the colors. ”Normal” knitting has been fine so I needed a nice simple project. This is a really simple sockpattern, with only knit and purls (exept for some decreases on toe and heel), yet it still looks interesting. This was a perfect pattern for my lovely handdyed Schwedenrot yarn that I got on our London-trip, where I payed a visit to the lovely yarnstore The Beautiful Knitters.
