
I was young in the nineties and peacesymbols were a big thing then. I really think it’s about time to bring it back in fashion, and we should be reminded about how important Peace is! (A sustainable one, not for show! But that’s a whole different discussion.)
I have the most amazing husband. He really thinks that my yarnstash is too big but he still got me the most amazing two skeins of yarn for my birthday, and he really made an effort to find them. He knows I love handdyed yarn and he found this amazing indiedyer, located very close to our home in Göteborg, Sweden: Atelje av Bark. She only uses natural stuff (from nature) when dying. The hat is supersimple to knit, but you need to know how to make duplicate and kitchener stitches.
